Go Time!

Once again, I find myself amazed that another month has gone by since I posted anything.  I can't complain though...we have been BUSY.  Every weekend stuffed with walls to paint, furniture to polish, and carpet to clean.  The list was a mile long and just when we thought we were almost ready, another task was added.

That's right - we are selling our house?!  I know, right?  It has been in the works for a few months now and we are finally ready.  It will be in the MLS tomorrow, but you can get a sneak peek here if you want.  We are excited and nervous.  Everyone is saying it is a seller's market and we are hoping they are right.

This has been a very mild winter.  We got a few inches of snow on Christmas Eve, but not much to speak of.  We finally got a few more inches a couple of weekends ago.  We hit the sled hill near our house as soon as we could get up and out.  It was a weekend after all, so we weren't in a hurry.  Milo is all smiles in this picture, but he was not digging it.  We got him to go down once while Ian was literally throwing himself down the sled hill.  No gear required for that one:)  I took Milo back to the car (boo!) while Daddy and Ian did a few more runs.

A fun little game Ian has been asking to play lately is Mama and Baby.  I used to play it with just him when Milo was a baby; we would act like Ian was the baby and Milo was the big kid.  I think with the new baby buzz around our house (NOT me - we are anxiously awaiting the arrival of our new niece/cousin) has brought back an oldie but a goody.  Don't they look so sweet?  All hell broke loose 3 minutes after this photo.  No joke.

Darth Vader helping me pick up the house for the photographer.  He was a big help!

Brothers.  Ian made a Cat in the Hat hat at preschool and Milo thought it was pretty awesome that it just happened to match his PJ's.  Ian looks like such a big kid to me in this picture.

March always gets kicked off with Casey's birthday celebration.  The last birthday he will celebrate in his 30's, friends.  40 is just too damn close.  We had a great time.  Our usual - went to Louisville to celebrate with the Hollander's.  We had dinner at Lucky Pie (yum!) and enjoyed some night caps at Henry's.  We were home and in bed before 10 PM.  Ha!

The boys got to enjoy a night with Maggie + John.  It was a really nice day out, so Maggie took the boys to the park.  I love that my kids will just run off with her and say, "Bye, Mom."  It sure lessens the Mommy guilt and I know they are having a blast.  They couldn't stop talking about Maggie + John the next morning:)

So, stay tuned...there are a lot of changes ahead for this little foursome!
