We had a great time hanging out with the Frazier gang at the Longmont Oktoberfest. I love the fact that our kids our old enough to play together (except for Milo obviously) and we get some adult time while hanging out with our kids. The event was much larger this year than last and SO much fun!
Ian was finally able to go down the BIG slide - he has had his sights on this one for a long time! It was $1 well spent because he had a blast. He begged to go ahead, but fortunately I was able to distract him with music and dancing:)
I asked Milo to give me his party pose - I would say he nailed it. Ha! This kid loves music and he was happy as a clam to be hanging out with us. We sure were blessed with an easy going little man...for now anyway.
The bands were great and the kids didn't have a care in the world as they danced the night away!
By 9 PM it was mission critical - we had to get our munchkins home and to bed! A wonderful night had by all:)
Last Friday, my dear friend Kate turned 29. We all gathered at her place on Saturday to surprise her and celebrate her last year in her 20's.
She had no idea, although you can't really tell by this photo. It is hard to take the picture at the exact moment. It was a great time with friends and "family".
